I wasn't able to set a timer for longer than 20 minutes. The display went from 19 minutes to 0. How can I get hours?

Hello Valued Customer, thank you for your question. The countdown features cycles through minutes first, and then hours. The minutes increase on the right side, and once they have reached 60, it will add an hour on the left side. All you need to do is press the up or down arrows to reach the desired number of hours.
