I wasn't able to set the countdown timer for more than 20 minutes. After 19 minutes, it went back to 0. How do you set the hours?

Hello Valued Customer, thank you for your question. The countdown features cycles through minutes first, and then hours. The minutes increase on the right side, and once they have reached 60, it will add an hour on the left side. All you need to do is press the up or down arrows to reach the desired number of hours.
