Can you use Ultraflex2 to set tile over AquaDefense in a shower. Floor and walls


Yes, Ultraflex 2 is a polymer modified mortar that can be used to set tiles over AquaDefense in a shower installation for tile up to 15" on any side. For larger tiles, we recommend using the Large Format Floor & Wall Tile Mortar or Ultraflex LFT.
