When I'm sawing, particularly with dado blades, the blade height falls, a lot. Presumably from the weight of the dado's and motor. Any solutions? Thx!

Thank you for your answer. I don't see a blade lock. On the front of my saw I have an On and Off switch, a Height Adjusting Wheel and a Release Lever for tilting the blade. I don't see anything to hold my blade at the depth of the cut that I need to make. Thank you.
Was this Answer Helpful ?make sure your height adjuster knob is tightened. to the side there is a smaller knob, on some models a swing lever that locks the wheel. not sure this is your case, but see this over looked 100"s of times. let me know. interline disclosure, I am not paid for this advice, I am a 35 year experience contractor that can build house from top to bottom including Sheetrock, electrical, I hold 27 licenses.
