Can this be used to glue concrete blocks to one course of cinder blocks for a 10ft x 7ft shed foundation, is it for use in structural applications?

Hello, Gorilla Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive will work on concrete surfaces, however, it is not recommended for structural applications unless used in conjunction with mechanical fasteners. It should not be used in place of mortar, mastic, grout, etc. in applications that call for those materials.
