How do I get the lights to rotate. Doesn't seem possible

Thank you for your question. The entire fixture does not rotate, only the panels. They rotate in 2 directions: up and down (90 degrees), and side to side (180 degrees). You just move them with your hand (switch off and allow fixture to cool before adjusting panels). GE Lighting, a Savant company
