Can this be applied over gaf. deck armour underlayment on a low slope roof


The Liberty SA Cap will only adhere properly to primed plywood or insulation board. Primer would need to be an ASTM D41 type Asphalt primer. GAF's Asphalt primer is Matrix 307.
