Can these be installed on an existing wooden frame system used for older white ceiling tiles?

Thank you for your interest in our Fasade Traditional 2 Cracked Copper Surface Mount Ceiling Tiles! These tiles are designed to be installed directly to a substrate using adhesive, we do not recommend them be installed in any type of grid system as the panels are two thin and would not hold their rigidity in that type of installation. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out to us at 800.434.3750. Thank you!
