I want to install the grass in a 6'x5' area around 2 large rocks next to my patio. Should I install a weed barrier underneath it to prevent weeds?


Weed barrier is recommended but not required. In areas that have aggressive weeds it is highly recommended. If you are in a area that does have aggressive weeds, you may also consider applying a pre-emergent herbicide before putting down either the weed barrier or turf.
