What is the process for installing this product over a concrete slab, outdoors? Is there a particular adhesive that is recommended for this product?

Pull the turf tight and cut to the shape and size desired. Use an outdoor carpet adhesive or outdoor multi-purpose adhesive. For a less permanent installation heavy duty double sided tape will work as well.
