my light stays on continuously and does not go out?

The solar panel has a sensor that activates the light when something is over it, or it is dark out. Perhaps there is a shadow or something is laying across it? If not, please contact Deckorators customer service at 800-556-8449, as your sensor may have gone bad.

The sensor that activates the light is located on top within the solar charging panel. If something is laying across part of the panel it may be causing a false on. On some very overcast days my lights will come on as well. If none of these applies to you then it's possible the sensor has gone bad.
