how do i attached these to vinyl railings on stairs for deck?


The vinyl rails already have squared cut outs... can I use the fiberon inserts for round balusters?

You must purchase baluster connectors, and drill those to the rail, and then connect the balusters to them. It is all in the installation instructions. You will need item #587219 and 587223.
