To cut this you recommend a sharp carbide tip blade, but in what tool? Circular saw? Miter Saw? Table Saw? Any of those? Some other saw?

WarpCore, We do not recommend a specific type of saw for this. We do recommend that you use a new/sharp carbide tip blade when cutting the railing. This will help achieve a clean cut, and reduce the risk of splinters and chipped paint. -Your Deckorators Team
