How is the best way to get rough stucco effect when repairing exterior rough stucco. Thanks


Put this on the wall with a regular Mud paddle and then pat at it with a wadded up newspaper or a Rough sponge. You can buy a roller Sponge in you want to go that way. It really depends on HOW rough you want it to be and the look you want to give it.
