Can these blinds be cut to size or made to fit??

It voids the warranty - but they can be. You'll need a good hacksaw to cut through the aluminum bar and sturdy pair of scissors to cut the fabric. The fabric appears double stitched so just take your time and cut straight down the center of the stitching. I doubt it will unravel with normal use.

I haven't tried to cut them but probably would not. However, I wrote to Coolaroo about custom sizes and they indicated to me that stores like Lowes can help you order custom sizes from the manufacturer.
