How long is the bit?


The "6 inch" bit (the one I purchased) will drill a hole approximately 4 inches deep. An 18" unit will be a challenge to find at a retailer like Lowes.

the HC2081 is 6'' usable 4'' but bit number HC2087 will work for you it because it will drill 18''.
