is the square footage listed mean taping square footage or whole panel?


Thank you for your inquiry. The coverage listed for joint compound represents the amount of square feet of gypsum wallboard that can be finished to Level 4. This includes taping and feathering out joints and fasteners but it does not include skim coating over the entire face of the board.
