how does mailman get access

Hello, To deliver to the Soho 12.2-in W x 15.6-in H Metal Black Lockable Wall Mount Mailbox, the mail carrier would lift the top flap and deliver the mail into the open slot underneath. The USPS does not have a master key that can access the Soho 12.2-in W x 15.6-in H Metal Black Lockable Wall Mount Mailbox as it is a residential mailbox. To retrieve your mail, simply use the included keys to open the mail retrieval door on the front of the mailbox. Thank you for reaching out!
