Can this be used on basement floor to prevent hydrostatic water pressure causing water to enter basement floors/walls?


Super Primer is a thin acrylic primer that works well with other acrylic finish coats. It is not intended for use as a waterproof coating. You can use Ames Blue Max for this application.
