These shades used to be able to be pulled down from the top or bottom by whatever distance you chose. why does the description now say you can only pull them down by 30%? This completely defeats the purpose of installing a top-down bottom up shade.


Thank you for your question. The description says 30% from the top because that is the new design of these shades. They will only pull down 30% now.
