Does this rug slide easily on hardwood floors?


Yes. You will need a pad with gripper backing or two-sided carpet tape to keep it in place. I prefer felt pad with gripper backing over the sponge like waffle pads that break down over time leaving residue. This rug is so thick you can buy very thin felt pad.
