PURCHASED THE CENTERSET MODEL FROM LOWES. THE UPPER PORTION OF THE POP UP ASSEMBLY SITS TO HIGH IN THE BOWL SO ALL THE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN.


Please check that the rubber washer is on the underbasin side next to the locknut instead of the inside basin point.

I didn't have this problem with my install, but If you placed the rubber seal on the drain instead of the under basin drain nut assembly , then you might have too much height for sure, at least as much as the thickness of the rubber washer......
