after putting in clean out, How long should I wait before using the plumbing?

I placed mine in the toilet half the bottle flush it placed the second half of the bottle in flush it and then I flush it a third time to clear the toilet drain after that I leave it for the weekend so I always wait until I'm gone for a complete weekend and that works great for a drain that has been repaired by a plumber four times at a cost of over 2 to 300 each time.
