The mfg of cone is work area but is the reflective material around cone a state approved reflective material ? Who is mfg of reflective band?

"MOST" of the traffic cones are covered with reflective tape made by the 3M company. I am sure that there are other mfg's of reflective tape for these types of cones.In my years of using them 96% of them use 3M. (if there are any other manufactures that someone knows about I would also be interested in knowing who else is making the reflective tape so feel free to add anything to my reply) have a good day all of you. wwB
