Light starts to blink at 15 second intervals

If installed in an enclosed fixture, the light may be reflecting back into the sensor and turning it off. After the delay timer allows it to try again, it will sense the dark and turn the light on which gets reflected again and turns off as soon as the timer allows. Mine was about a 20 second cycle. Returned it.
