What type and length of warranty?

Our products have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on the receipt. If anything happens during that time, due to the fault of the device’s designed ability to perform, a replacement will be issued. As a courtesy, if the matter cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will offer a replacement of the exact product or an in-stock substitution. A valid proof of purchase is required in order to honor the warranty. The model, item number, picture of the product, and a thorough description of the issue should be attached or stated.
