Model #S323PR-3, does fold up. We would direct you to grab the top of the ladder model S323PR-3 with your weaker hand and tilt the ladder towards you. Then with your strong hand grab the back of the ladder and pull/jerk straight up (obviously ensuring that the safety latch has been disengaged prior). The ladder should fold to a closed position.
