can thi valve cause low water pressure in outside fausets?is this a good replacement or should I changemike

If the outside faucets are piped after the pressure reducing valve the pressure at those will be whatever the valve is set at. The factory setting is 50-PSI but it can be adjusted up to 75-PSI. Also sometimes the water lines to the outside faucets are connected to the water service before the pressure reducing valve so the fixtures in the house have reduced pressure and the outside faucets have the street pressure.
