Can it be used with Valspar Duramax Exterior Paint (sold at Lowes)? If so, does the paint need to be thinned? If so, how is the best way to do that?


The Opti-Stain Plus does best with thin bodied stains, semi-transparent stains and clear coatings. It will struggle with thicker solid color stains and paints. For tips on thinning give us a call at 800-328-8251.
