Hi, could this ( Wagner 250 ) be use for water base paint? Or is it just primarily for staining and oil base paint? Thank you…


The Control Spray series are designed for thin bodied materials, like stain. Latex paint would require 10-20% thinning for use with the 250. We suggest our Flexio HVLP models for applying thick latex paint. See them here - https://www.lowes.com/search?searchTerm=flexio
