What about pets in the yard? Is this harmful to my dog if he digs into the tunnel?


This product is highly poisonous to animals and humans. When the product is ingested, its active ingredient (zinc phosphide) interacts with stomach contents to produce phosphide gas, which gets into the blood stream and can damage the heart, lungs and liver. Dogs are attracted to it, so do not use where pets are kept.
