How long should I wait after rinsing to let my dog outside? Does it pose any threat to him?

Thank you for taking the time to ask a question. You never want to allow this product to dry on the surface, so it should be rinsed 15 minutes after applied to make certain it doesn't dry. At that point, it's safe for pets to move across the surface since there is no stripper present on the surface.
