Is this the same as E0 or eat 10 fuel?


No. This is an "engineered fuel" made from pure components where the manufacturer picks and chooses only the ingredients ideal for 2-cycle outdoor power equipment engines. E10 is from the refinery and gets oxygenated with Ethanol after distillation occurs.
