Does this operate both the blind and the opening/shutting of the window?


This Key Pad can operate VELUX Skylights or Shades, but not both items from a singular remote. You will need one for each. If you have multiple skylights (or shades) you are able to program it so that those items open/close simultaneously, so that you can reduce remote control clutter.
