can I get a fixed Velux skylight w/double strenght glass in another size besides what it shows on-line, I need 26"x50" and it goes horizontal not vert

Velux skylights are offered in tempered and laminated glass as standard options. If you are interested in a stronger glass, the options would include impact glass and in some cases, miami dade glass. If you decide to go with a fixed curb mount skylight, the product has no true top or bottom so the unit can be turned to fit your rough opening.
