Will this work for a Westinghouse 40 gallon stainless steel water heater that the original element is 5500w 240v 13.5" in length and a 1" thread?


The thread size is 1" on this element, but the wattage is lower. Please see Item #362369 Model #9008070046 for a 5,500-watts and 240-volt element.
