How do the bulbs recharge?


Hi Nannermck — these Rechargeable Battery 40‑Watt‑Equivalent A21 LED Bulbs recharge while they’re installed in a regular light socket and switched on. Here’s how it works: Screw the bulb into any standard E26 light socket (lamp, ceiling fixture, etc.). When the light is on and connected to power, it charges the built‑in lithium battery. Once fully charged, the battery can power the bulb during a power outage or when used in portable mode. Charging happens automatically during normal use — there’s no separate charger or cord needed. Tip: Leave the bulb in a fixture you use regularly so it stays fully charged. Most models take about 6–10 hours of normal use to reach a full charge.
