Can I cut the bulb screw off & direct wire these , where is the driver for these fixtures at


Yes easy to do, can use the 4 port connectors on them that way.

I’m sure its not recommended but yes you can. I did this to replace the flourescent lights in my bathroom that were four prong type and was able to direct wire it to romex wire. They work great.
