I just git this remote and the arrow buttons will not work on my roku device. It changes volume, on/off etc but I can't get it to work on roku home screen


Thank you for your question. This remote was not made for Roku boxes it was made for Roku TVs no matter the brand. If you have a Roku box, you will need one of our universal remotes such as item 34457
