how long can the cord withstand outdoors installation with constant outdoors Florida sun exposure? How long is the warranty?

Great question BazJ, these items do have a lifetime warranty. However, there is a note about, "Failure to comply with safety instructions voids the warranty." I would presume extended exposure in extreme conditions may be one of the failures to comply. The amount of traffic it recieves would also be one of those reasons for failure. Nevertheless it is listed as Lifetime Warranty under normal usage. Thank you.
