Can this be used to connect a 7500 Watt 30 Amp Generator to a Transfer Switch?


Each leg of the 125V cord is rated at 3750W. The cord is rated for 250V so with the 2 legs of current it would be rated at 7500W which is all 30A will carry.

Check on the cord ,mine has a white tag on the cord that says 7500 watts and you are right the box says 3750 watts. I may do some furthes investigation on this issue.These cords are not exactly cheap to purchase. I am going to use mine for the same thing when I find out the wattage for sure.
