Is this light RoHS compliant?

I had to go look up the RoHS Compliance information, to get a feel of what they seek. These lights are made out of an ABS plastic housing, and use LED lights, which are very bright, and cheap to use. I can't prove they are compliant, but based on what the requirements are, I would guess that they are. There is no mercury or other contaminates used that I can tell, and I've been using these (x3) in my shop for over a year now.
