Does this fixture truly sit flush to the ceiling with no gaps?


If both the ceiling box and fixture are properly installed there should be no gaps.

It should. Have installed 4 so far and the only one that was not tight on the ceiling was one where the electrical box was mounted a little low. If the box is flush or even recessed a bit, then this will sit flush. FYI, even if it isn't "tight" to the ceiling, you'll never notice a small gap because the light is so large, and the cover curves up and in to hide any gaps.
