Has anyone tried this with holiday lights or lighted displays (ex. reindeers)?

I use them for the holidays and all year round for security and decoration. 6 of these keep the entire front of my house and the left side to be visible to my guests at night.

This is a great item. I use it for my outside Christmas yard lights. You can set it to go on dusk to dawn or to go on at dusk and shut off after so many hours. I have this pluged into an outside outlet and then have extension cords running from it to the yard decorations. We have had many heavy rains and a few snow storms and this item has held up. Has not let me down. You have a steak included with it that you push into the ground. This will be the best purchase that you make.
