Timer won't switch off automatically

I have had several of these timers and never had that problem. Possibly change the location so the photo cell doesn't detect the lights that it controls. Just a guess. Experiment with the timer on another device and see if it is the timer or the lights.

Hi, I am having the exact same problem with mine. I called the company this morning and it's nothing your doing wrong it's the photocell that's defective.

Ensure that the pins are pushed in completely at the desired time, unplug the sensor and re-plug it in after the times are set.

Double check, I think that the modes are either dusk to dawn or hourly but not both.
