Where can I find a programming guide?

I think this timer is by Utilitech (tm). You could try a Utilitech website... I don't know about the guide, but setting the timer is a little like setting a fancy watch. You have to push the PROG button a couple times until whatever you want to set (time, day, etc,) is blinking... then push M or D buttons to advance, etc. Trial and error will figure it out for you.
