If I replace my indoor single pole switch with this Timer, can I use it for my outdoor traditional mercury vapor lighting rated at 175 watts? Also, being an older built home from late 1950's, there is no ground wiring to the switch.


Kev, thank you for your question. This timer is only compatible with LED, CFL, incandescent, and halogen bulbs, and a ground is needed.
