We installed this for our Ring Doorbell Pro...we have 3 red wires to connect to it for the doorbell. Which ports do we connect them to? 16-24 needed


The ring pro needs 24v. This unit will not work properly. However, i have heard that using it does work as this is a cheap unit and it is not built well and always OVERvolts the 20v to about 25-26vac so its just about where you want it.
