Timer will not shut off. Putting it on "off" setting or setting the timer the light that is plugged in does not go off.


A lot of these "Overseas units" are throw a way type articles --- throw it away if you do not have a warranty!

If you have it programmed properly the outlets will shut off. The timer stays on to sense dusk/dawn, time of day and to perform outlet control. It uses very little power to perform these functions.
