How long is the cord????

I previously answered this question as being a 24" cord, but I was looking at another brand I had bought at the same time. The cord is a little more than 6ft or 72". I have to plug mine into a covered outdoor outlet and I lose about 12 - 18 inches vertically. I have a concrete porch that extends about 4 feet before the flower bed and that is where I stake the outlets. Please read other reviews, although this is great for plugging a lot of lights, the program feature is troublesome.
